Hey there,
That's a good list and most of them are yummy too. Does it work?

I take a tub of blueberries or strawberries to work and pick at those every time I get the munchies. Usually the fruit take me through til lunch or the end of the day so I dont nibble on junk, but it makes me feel good to think I am eating some of my 5 a more…

I know that this.. won't really help you.. but like.. I guess I just wanted to say that I think that you've done amazingly well to make yourself eat and stuff.. I think that eating is a good thing tho, i know your gunna hate me saying that.. but it is good, and will.. eventually help.
